Suit Not Right For You?

We accept returns of unworn swimwear. Noa Kai will gladly accept unworn and unwashed swimwear and resort wear in original condition with tags and hygiene liner intact within 15 days of delivery date. If you wish to exchange, you must complete a return of the item and reorder a new one. Items bought in store must be returned to the place of purchase for exchange only or as determined by location's return policy. 

Please try on your purchase over underwear as we reserve the right to decline any swimwear that we determine to have been worn, washed or damaged. Sale items are final sale. We do not accept refunds for accessories or jewelry unless they arrive damaged.

Original shipping fee paid by customer is non-refundable except in the case where purchase was damaged, missing an item or incorrect. Shipping fee to return unwanted swimwear is at the cost of the customer.

Damaged Items

If your purchase arrives damaged, missing an item or incorrect, please contact Noa Kai immediately and we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you. 

How To Return An Item

Online orders must be returned by mail along with a copy of your receipt or order number.  

To begin a return, email hello@noakaiswimwear.com with your order number and specify which item you wish to return, and we will email you further instructions.

Refund will be processed upon Noa Kai receiving the returned product. Confirmation email will be sent to customer when refund is being processed.

Return Checklist

  • Item was not marked a sale item
  • Item is being returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Any free or promotional items that were included in delivery are being returned
  • Swimwear is in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liner intact
